Grants of up to $5,000 to Wisconsin small businesses in eligible counties for support during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to address the working capital needs of local businesses that have been financially impacted by the pandemic. Eligible businesses are located in Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire (excluding the City of Eau Claire), Polk, and St. Croix counties.
Grant funds must reimburse working capital needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Examples include operating expenses such as payroll, rent, mortgage, insurance, utilities, inventory, professional fees, and COVID-19-related expenses such as protective equipment.
